Instead of having a traditional "brick and mortar" office with all of the associated costs, we take advantage of new technologies and are able to meet with you at a convenient location of your choice.  We have the ability to produce certain documents on-the-spot for emergency situations such as powers of attorney and other estate-planning documents for clients in hospitals or nursing homes prior to surgery or in anticipation of incapacity or death.

Karen Cooley, the Certified Business Principal of Valleywide Legal Documents, has extensive Arizona legal experience working with attorneys dating back to 1980.  Karen received her Certified Legal Assistant credentials and served as First Vice President of the Arizona Paralegal Association in the early 1990's.  Karen has significant experience in the areas of estate planning and business formation and has been a frequent speaker at local seminars on the subject of estate planning.

Deborah Liddicoat has extensive experience in the area of document preparation for complex divorce matters.
